Upward Bound Programs at Harcum University, Philadelphia Futures, Partnership Program with Drexel University of Law. Eat Right Program, International Rotary Association – Interact Club, ACE Program –
Architecture, Construction and Engineering and internships at different locations, Faith-based organizations serve as partners as well as Home and School Association
Extracurricular Activities:
National Honor Society, Student Government Association, Bully Prevention
Program, Peer Mediation Program, Yoga, Thursday Enrichment Program, School
Advisory Council, Health and Wellness Council, SIMBA (Safe in My Brothers’ Arms) –
a male initiative and DOVE (Daughters of Virtuous Elegance) – a female initiative.
Sports Teams:
We currently offer the following at our school:
Varsity Girls’ Basketball, Varsity Boys’ Basketball, Cheer leading, Cross Country Boys and Girls, Co-Ed Indoor track, Boys and girls outdoor track
Also, Boys JV Soccer, softball and volleyball (co-op with another school)
Admission Requirements:
Grades: A’s and B’s with the possible exception of one C in major subjects on most
recent final report card
PSSA/Keystone: Advanced or Proficient in both Reading and Mathematics
Attendance: Exemplary attendance & punctuality
Behavior: No negative disciplinary reports
Other: Interview and writing sample required.
